Move the paperwork.
Keep the inventory moving.

EZ Title & Registration helps Arizona licensed dealers process title and registration work, manage transaction issues and keep paperwork moving through a dedicated dealer workflow. Use the Dealer Portal to submit and track work, or register your dealership to get started.

Dealer pricing, pickup/drop-off availability and processing options depend on dealership volume, location and transaction type.

Built for dealership workflow

More than a counter transaction.

Dealer processing works best when titles, documents, status questions and billing stay organized together. The dealer program is designed around that reality instead of treating every unit like an unrelated walk-in.

TTL

Title & Registration Processing

Process qualifying Arizona dealer title and registration work, including customer registration, title-only and other supported vehicle transactions.

BULK

Batch & Volume Processing

Keep multiple units organized together rather than tracking individual transactions across emails, paper stacks and somebody’s desk calendar.

HOLD

Hold / Rejection Resolution

When a transaction needs another document or correction, keep the issue attached to the unit so your staff can respond and move it forward.

DOC

Dealer Document Support

Use current Arizona forms and transaction guidance to reduce preventable rework before a title packet reaches processing.

INV

Dealer Billing & Reconciliation

Centralized invoices, receipts and transaction documentation make it easier for dealership accounting teams to reconcile completed work.

PICK

Pickup & Drop-Off

Qualifying dealer accounts may arrange document pickup and return service based on location, volume and route availability.

Dealer workflow

Submit it once. Track what happens next.

Processing time depends on the transaction, document completeness, MVD availability and whether a unit needs additional research or correction. We would rather show you the actual status than advertise a magical “24 hours” that the record may not permit.

01
Register Your Dealership

Create a dealer account with dealership and dealer-license information. Account access is reviewed before dealer processing begins.

02
Submit Your Work

Organize title/registration units and supporting documents through the dealer workflow instead of disconnected email chains.

03
Track & Resolve

Follow transaction status and respond when a unit needs a missing document, correction, hold resolution or other action.

04
Complete & Reconcile

Completed transactions, invoices and supporting financial documents stay connected so your team can finish the accounting side too.

Dealer forms

The forms dealers reach for constantly.

These links go directly to the current official ADOT PDF. For a larger searchable list with plain-English guidance, use the EZ Title MVD Forms Center.

Accuracy cleanup: Release of Interest is 46-0306 and Lien Filing is 48-9902. The older dealer-resource page had both mislabeled as 48-9904, because apparently one wrong form number was not ambitious enough.
Dealer FAQ

Before somebody starts another spreadsheet.

A few basics about account access, timing, forms and the portal.

Who can register for an EZ Title dealer account?
The dealer registration page is intended for licensed dealerships and asks for the dealership company name, dealer license number and account-contact information. Dealer access is reviewed as part of account setup. Start dealer registration →
Do you guarantee 24-hour title processing?
No blanket turnaround should be promised for every transaction. Timing depends on document completeness, MVD system availability, transaction type, inspection/research needs and whether a unit is placed on hold or requires correction. The Dealer Portal is the better source for the actual status of submitted work.
Can our dealership get pickup and drop-off service?
Pickup and drop-off may be available based on dealership location, processing volume and route availability. Dealer-account setup is the right time to discuss the workflow that fits your store.
Do dealer accounts receive different pricing?
Dealer pricing can be structured based on transaction volume and service needs. Pricing is handled as part of the dealer relationship rather than publishing one rate that pretends a five-unit store and a high-volume group have identical processing needs.
Where should we get current MVD forms?
Use the official ADOT PDF links above or the EZ Title MVD Forms Center, which also links directly to ADOT. Avoid saving old blank forms forever in a shared drive, because revision dates and form requirements do change.
What if a submitted transaction is missing something?
When additional documents, corrections or research are needed, the unit can be held rather than treated as silently completed. Use the dealer workflow to review the issue and provide what is needed so processing can continue.
Ready to clean up the title workflow?

Existing dealer? Log in. New dealer? Register your store.

Use the Dealer Portal for existing account access, or submit the dealer-registration form with your dealership and license information. For general questions, the EZ Title locations page has current contact information.

Dealer information: EZ Title & Registration is an Arizona Authorized Third Party MVD provider. Dealer services, pickup/drop-off, pricing and transaction availability depend on account eligibility, service area, transaction type and volume. Processing times vary and can be affected by document deficiencies, MVD availability, inspections, liens, holds, rejections or other transaction-specific requirements. Dealer licensing and tax compliance remain the responsibility of the dealership; official ADOT and ADOR resources are linked above for current agency guidance.
