End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the EZ Cash Rounding application (“App”) developed by EZ Title & Registration (“Company”). By installing or using this App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely on authorized Clover devices for internal business purposes.

2. Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold. The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the App.

3. Permitted Use

You may use this App only for processing rounding adjustments and related transaction functions within the Clover POS system.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
• Distribute or resell the App
• Use the App for unlawful purposes

5. Data Usage

The App does not collect, store, or transmit personal customer data outside of the Clover POS environment. All data processing occurs locally and securely within Clover’s platform.

6. No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

8. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
