A "Secured Dealer Jacket" (based on MVD Form 96-0300) is a critical compliance item for all vehicle dealers in Arizona. It is an envelope or folder used to keep all original title documents and supporting paperwork organized for each vehicle in your sales inventory.

This jacket ensures that all paperwork is present and correct, protecting both you and your customer during a transaction and during any MVD compliance audits.

What to Include in Your Dealer Jacket:

• The original Certificate of Title (or MCO for new vehicles).
• The Purchase Agreement / Bill of Sale from when you acquired the vehicle.
• Any applicable Lien Information (releases, new lienholder details).
• Odometer Disclosure Statement (if not on the title).
• Emissions Test Results (if applicable).
