Current or recent Arizona MVD / Authorized Third Party experience is especially valuable. Relevant backgrounds can include DMV/MVD processing, dealership title work, registration processing, and ATP office experience.

MVD Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Full-time MVD customer service and processing position at our Tempe office. Recent Arizona MVD or Authorized Third Party processing experience is preferred, and we are willing to train the right candidate.
Experience: Current or recent Arizona MVD processing experience, preferably current or within the past 90 days at an Arizona MVD office or Authorized Third Party office, is strongly preferred. We will train the right person.
Priority opening
MVD Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Join the opening team for our new Gilbert location. Recent Arizona MVD or Authorized Third Party processing experience is preferred, with training available for the right candidate.
Experience: Current or recent Arizona MVD processing experience, preferably current or within the past 90 days at an Arizona MVD office or Authorized Third Party office, is strongly preferred. We will train the right person.
MVD Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Full-time Arizona MVD CSR opening for candidates able to work at different Valley EZ Title locations based on staffing needs. Recent MVD/ATP experience is preferred; training is available.
Experience: Current or recent Arizona MVD processing experience, preferably current or within the past 90 days at an Arizona MVD office or Authorized Third Party office, is strongly preferred. We will train the right person.

Accuracy matters. So does how you treat people.
- Detail-oriented enough to catch a VIN, signature, fee, or document problem before it becomes somebody else’s problem.
- Calm with customers when the transaction is confusing, frustrating, or both. The paperwork does not need extra drama.
- Comfortable learning systems, procedures, and policy changes without needing the same answer six times.
- Reliable attendance and communication. Customers and coworkers both notice when a seat is mysteriously empty.
- Willing to ask when you do not know, then actually learn the answer.
- Interested in taking on more responsibility as your accuracy and judgment improve.
