Current or recent Arizona MVD / Authorized Third Party experience is especially valuable. Relevant backgrounds can include DMV/MVD processing, dealership title work, registration processing, and ATP office experience.

Accuracy matters. So does how you treat people.
- Detail-oriented enough to catch a VIN, signature, fee, or document problem before it becomes somebody else’s problem.
- Calm with customers when the transaction is confusing, frustrating, or both. The paperwork does not need extra drama.
- Comfortable learning systems, procedures, and policy changes without needing the same answer six times.
- Reliable attendance and communication. Customers and coworkers both notice when a seat is mysteriously empty.
- Willing to ask when you do not know, then actually learn the answer.
- Interested in taking on more responsibility as your accuracy and judgment improve.
