EZ Title & Registration can assist with vehicle registration for vehicles purchased out of state or being transferred from out of state to Arizona. The following documents may be required:
Out of state title or MCO (Certificate of Origin)
Purchase invoice or contract
Supporting documents including power of attorney, dealer reassignments
Odometer disclosure statement
Emissions testing (smog) if the vehicle is 5 model years or older
