MVD Customer Service Representative (CSR)

About the variable-location MVD CSR position

EZ Title & Registration is hiring a full-time MVD Customer Service Representative (CSR) who can work at different Valley locations based on staffing and operational needs. This role is a good fit for an experienced Arizona MVD or Authorized Third Party processor who values variety and can adapt to different office teams while maintaining the same processing and customer-service standards.

What you’ll do

• Process Arizona title, registration, plate, permit, driver license, identification, and related MVD transactions based on training and certification.
• Review ownership documents, applications, signatures, fees, identification, and supporting records before processing.
• Provide clear customer service and explain missing requirements or next steps without creating unnecessary confusion.
• Work in Arizona MVD systems and EZ Title internal systems across different offices.
• Follow each location’s cash, document-control, reconciliation, security, and daily operating procedures.
• Support coverage needs while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and dependable attendance.
• Use current procedures and reference resources and escalate unusual transactions appropriately.

Preferred experience

Current or recent Arizona MVD processing experience is strongly preferred, especially experience that is current or within the past 90 days. Experience may come from an Arizona MVD state office or another Arizona Authorized Third Party office. RACF/MAX experience, title and registration processing, driver license services, Level I inspections, dealer processing, and complex title work are relevant.

Willing to train the right person

We are willing to train a candidate who has strong customer service, reliability, attention to detail, computer skills, and the ability to learn detailed procedures. Prior dealership title and registration work, DMV processing, document review, financial transaction work, or other motor vehicle experience can be useful even if recent Arizona MVD experience is not current.

Pay and schedule

This is a full-time position paying $17–$21 per hour, based on relevant experience, certifications, and demonstrated processing ability. Schedule and assigned office can vary. Saturday availability may be required when assigned to a location that operates on Saturdays.

Work locations

This position may report to EZ Title offices in Tempe, Scottsdale, or Phoenix depending on staffing needs. Current possible assignments include Tempe, Scottsdale – Talking Stick, North Scottsdale – Shea, Phoenix – Cactus/35th Avenue, and Central Phoenix – Camelback. This is an on-site position and is not a remote job.
